Yellowhawk 2021 Bubbles White

This sparkling wine is made from 75% Riesling and 25% Pinot Gris. On the palate, it opens with bright notes of nectarine pit that are met by lively notes of airy Meyer lemon mousse with orange zest. On the nose, aromas include dried apricot, lemon zest, brioche and subtle hints of ginger.
