Winescape 2018 Field Trip

Field trip is a red wine blend of Bordeaux varietals including 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Petit Verdot and 12% Merlot. It presents deep aromas of dark berry jam that are met by notes of menthol, pipe tobacco, dried herbs and a pinch of baking spice. On the palate, it's round and mouthcoating with flavors of juicy dark berries that are nicely balanced by lightly textured notes of dark chocolate with some lively spice that lingers through an extensive finish.
