Wild Goose Winery 2017 God's Mountain Riesling

This dry-style Riesling from British Columbia's Okanagan Valley delivers a racy mouthful and pleasant minerality promising a perfect pairing with seafood, buttery sauces or soft cheeses. Aromas are reminiscent of green apple, lime and classic petrol notes with a hint of fresh basil. On the palate, bright citrus notes dominate, most prominently grapefruit, and give way to hints of green apple and a streak of minerality emerging on the clean finish. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
