From the wonderfully complex nose, you'll find prominent aromas of blackberry, cedar and pipe tobacco, along with notes of baking spices, vanilla and a touch of mint. The flavor of black plum perfectly straddles ripe fruit with a bright acidity as notes of pencil shavings, dried herbs and hints of red bell pepper and green peppercorn provide a savory balance on an elegant finish. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
