Watermill Winery 2019 Estate Merlot

This Walla Walla Valley Merlot from the foothills of the Blue Mountains delivers rich flavors of dried black fruit with bold notes of black licorice emerging and lingering on the mid-palate before hints of cocoa chime in as it slow-glides to an earthy anise-spiced finish. On the nose, dark fruit is framed by prominent oak influenced aromas of cedar and baking spice with additional notes of new leather and hints of herbal-florals.
