Watermill Winery 2018 Anna Maria Vineyard Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

This vineyard specific Cabernet Sauvignon from the Oregon portion of the Walla Walla Valley is rich, rounded and spicy with flavors of blackberry and plum, then prominent notes of Mexican chocolate growing on the mid-palate before a velvety finish with hints of cocoa and spice. On the nose, complex and cohesive aromas of green peppercorn, cedar, sweet tobacco, baking spice, dried herbs mingle with notes of dried fruit alluding to fig.
