Viscon Cellars 2021 The Inception Sauvignon Blanc

This Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc is balanced enough to enjoy on its own or it would make a fine pairing for seafood. It lands on the palate bold and bright with beautifully balanced citrus flavors of lemon, lime and splashes of pineapple and apricot with a prominent streak of minerality emerging on the mid-palate and hints of saline lingering on the finish. Enticing aromas include light florals with notes of peach, Honeydew melon and citrus zest.
