Vinocluster 2017 Cabernet Franc

Vinocluster wines are produced by GFW in Yakima, Washington and this Cabernet Franc from Wickersham Vineyard offers bold aromas of strawberry jam with notes of black peppercorn, pipe tobacco and a dash of anise. On the palate, it alludes to fresh raspberry and tart plum skin balanced with notes of cola and cocoa, finishing dry with hints of dried herbs. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
