Sokol Blosser Winery 2021 Evolution Riesling

This Columbia Valley Riesling delivers a nicely balanced mix of tart citrus; predominately lemon and lime with just a splash of orange. The bright fruit gains in intensity toward a finish hinting at tart nectarine that lingers nicely. On the nose, green apple, white pepper and floral aromas mix beautifully with just the whiff of petroleum you would expect from Riesling.
