Sinclair Estate Vineyards 2014 Merlot

Ripe black fruit meets rich complexity in this beautifully balanced Merlot with spicy and earthy edges. On the nose, ripe, dark fruit mixes with complex aromas of cedar, baking spices and chocolate. Bold flavors of blueberry sauce and dried cherry with clove spice are predominant with balancing notes of cocoa, violet and a finish showing polished acidity of plum skin. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
