Sigillo Cellars 2016 Petit Verdot
Published: May 25, 2019
Snoqualmie, Washington's Sigillo Cellars used Wahluke Slope fruit for this 100% Petit Verdot offering aromas of blackberry jam, dark chocolate, dried herbs, Allspice and a hint of lavender. On the palate, it's juicy and rounded with lively fruit alluding to Boysenberry and black cherry with notes of violet, more dried herbs and a lingering finish highlighting clove spice and cocoa. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
