Sidereus Vineyard & Winery 2021 Estate Chardonnay

This Chehalem Hills Chardonnay from the Laurelwood District was barrel aged in 33% new French oak. On the palate, it opens with flavors of Meyer lemon joined by hints of butterscotch hard candy with increasing notes of citrus and tart tropical fruit that gain weight toward a bright finish with light hints of minerality. On the nose, creamy aromas mix with notes of yellow apple, citrus blossom and a dash of baking spice.
