Sidereus Vineyard & Winery 2021 Bull's Blend

This wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Malbec, 10% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. It presents concentrated aromas of plum with notes of cedar, pipe tobacco and baking spice with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it delivers a plush and rounded mouthfeel of fruit alluding to black plum and blueberry that are met on the mid-palate by notes of dark chocolate that grow through an extended opulent finish.
