Recline Ridge Vineyards & Winery 2015 Siegerrebe

Siegerrebe is an early ripening grape varietal suitable for cooler climate vineyards and this one from British Columbia balances the aromatic and fruity qualities of the grape with a nice acidic structure. Its bold floral aromatics allude to orange blossoms with pineapple and peach. On the palate, it delivers flavors of sweet Honeycrisp apple, pineapple and apricot balanced with lime on a long, lingering finish. This is an easy drinking wine on its own or would be a good pairing for spicy dishes or a soft cow cheese.
