Quiddity Wines 2021 AMORE

This is a Syrah dominant red Rhone varietal blend with 63% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre and 17% Grenache. On the nose, black fruit is wrapped in complex savory aromas including cured meat, green peppercorn and baking spice with hints of black olive and lavender. On the palate, it alludes to red fruit with flavors of cherry and red plum mixed with a nice dash of spice on an extended mid-palate that slowly fades to leave hints of dark chocolate on the finish.
