Pudding River Wine Cellars 2018 Chardonnay

This Willamette Valley Chardonnay delivers a nice, brightly-balanced attack on the palate with flavors alluding to tart pineapple and Meyer lemon that show nice weight and linger beautifully through an extensive mid-palate and finish. Aromas include yellow apple, a dusting of baking spice, lemon creme fraiche and a hint of chalky minerality. Easily bright enough to be a seafood wine or a pairing for sauces with butter or cream.
