Panther Creek Cellars 2019 Chardonnay-Pinot Noir White Blend

This is a surprising blend of Willamette Valley Chardonnay blended with Pinot Noir that spend little time on the skins, then was aged in 100% stainless steel. On the nose, aromas allude to peach and green apple with a dusting of baking spice, citrus zest and a drizzle of honey. On the palate, a creamy mouthfeel carries lively notes of Meyer lemon and tart tropical fruits that fade to reveal a light minerality.
