This Red Mountain Carmenere offers aromas of deep black fruit with notes of green peppercorn, sweet tobacco and rich chocolate cake. On the palate, flavors allude to blackberries with a pop of acidity and a brambly herbaceousness with structured tannins on the mid-palate carrying minerally notes of graphite leading to an earthy finish hinting at bittersweet dark chocolate.
