Northwest Cellars Winery 2015 Petite Sirah Corvus Vineyard

Woodinville, Washington's Northwest Cellars used Red Mountain fruit for this surprisingly restrained and balanced Petite Sirah. On the nose, rich aromas of black fruit combine with notes of black peppercorn, lavender, dried herbs and a dusting of Allspice. On the palate, flavors of black cherry, black tea and earthy violet strike a beautiful balance and tightly woven tannins frame a dry finish showing more dried herbs.
