Northwest Cellars 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet Sauvignon from Kirkland Washington's Northwest Cellars includes 20% Petit Verdot. It's richly aromatic, displaying notes of blackberry jam, black peppercorn, eucalyptus and baking spice. On the palate, it shows lively acidity in fruit alluding to black cherry and Marionberry that are met by a solid earthy core and structured tannins that carry notes of a dusting of espresso and clay dust with bright notes maintaining through a polished finish with lingering spice.
