Good things often come in affordable packages and this rose of Syrah from Washington's Milbrandt Vineyards is a great example at $13. On the nose, enticing aromas of strawberry and melon mixed with light floral notes. On the palate, it delivers flavors of red grapefruit and cran-raspberry with notes of melon rind leading to a bright structured finish with a touch of minerality. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
