Mercer Estates 2017 Reserve Cavalie

Cavalie is a red wine blend of 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 16% Malbec and 4% Petit Verdot. It delivers rich flavors of blueberries with a nice burst of acidity that mixes with notes of dark chocolate lingering nicely and finishing with earthy hints of ground espresso. Complex and inviting aromas allude to jammy black fruit, cedar, spice, sweet tobacco and hints of dried herbs
