Carlton, Oregon's Lujon Wine Cellars used grapes from Walla Walla Valley for this dark-fruited Malbec. The nose offers inviting aromas of dried cherry, sweet tobacco and Allspice. On the palate, fruity notes of blueberry and plum are nicely balanced with notes of cocoa, a dusting of baking spices and an earthy minerality alluding to clay pot. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
