Lodmell Cellars 2010 Bend Sinister

Dark and mysterious, this dessert wine is made from a late harvest blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Syrah. On the nose, it shows rich umami aromas of Hoisin and black licorice. On the palate, it's rich and thick with notes of dried fig, milk chocolate and a drop of molasses. Enjoy with bold cheeses or a chocolate dessert.
