Knudsen Vineyards 2014 Pinot Noir

This is classic Oregon Pinot Noir with a bright structure, earthy notes and an elegant dry finish. On the nose, raspberries, cherry pie and a nice dose of cardamom spice are upfront, then notes of cigar box and a touch of brown sugar. On the palate, it presents flavors of tart red berries, dried leaves and a touch of cocoa as the finish fades to notes of gravelly earth. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
