This Southern Oregon Sauvignon Blanc would be a perfect pairing for delicate seafoods, but is balanced and interesting enough to sip on its own. It presents bold notes of lime, grapefruit and melon rind with a prominent minerality and a splash of saline on the extensive finish. Intriguing aromas allude to fresh tomato leaf with hints of sweet florals, melon and lemon zest.
