Here's the perfect hiking or picnic wine, a Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon in a can that shows some nice structure and balance. With 20 months on 30% new French oak, it offers aromas of cedar, menthol, pipe tobacco and baking spice that wrap around notes of dark berries. It's rounded and spicy on the palate with flavors of black cherry and plum that are met by prominent notes of dark chocolate with structured tannins carrying textured hints of earthy cocoa on the finish.
