Holesinsky Winery 2021 Buhljolais Sparkling Cuvee

The Snake River Valley sparkling white wine is made from 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Gris and 10% Riesling. It delivers stone fruit flavors alluding to slightly tart peach and apricot that linger nicely through the mid-palate and an extensive finish. Light aromas hint at green apple, pear and citrus zest.
