The Yakima Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is bold and rich with complex aromas and nicely layered flavors. Inviting aromas are a mix of black fruit with notes of green peppercorn and Allspice with occasional whiffs alluding to pipe tobacco, bell pepper, mint and dried herbs. On the palate, it delivers rich flavors of sauced black plum and chocolate that mix with lively notes of baking spice on an extended mid-palate, finishing with lightly textured notes alluding to earthy cocoa powder and a dusting of espresso.
