Ferraro Cellar Winery 2020 Barbera

This beautifully crafted Columbia Valley Barbera displays a lovely balance of fruit and some nicely complex layering. It opens on the bright side of blackberry that lingers nicely through the mid-palate where notes of mocha deliver a chocolate creaminess and a finish with lightly textured tannins carrying hints of espresso. On the nose, black fruit mixes with prominent notes of black pepper and hints of dried herbs and tobacco.
