This Southern Oregon Sauvignon Blanc from Medford's Fences Winery grabs you with tangy citrus acidity with flavors of grapefruit and lemon that build and hold on the palate for a long finish with a drop of orange oil adding weight and just a hint of sweet. On the nose, fresh and floral aromas allude to green herbs, lemon, sweet orange blossom, Honeydew melon and white peach. This would be a sure hit with seafood or creamy cheeses.
