Fences Winery 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon

This Southern Oregon Cabernet Sauvignon presents aromas of black plum with spicy notes of black peppercorn and Allspice; and hints of dried herbs, pipe tobacco and vanilla. On the palate, it delivers flavors of black cherry that mix with a brambly herbaceousness, trailing to a finish showing an earthy minerality alluding to graphite with a hint of bittersweet chocolate.
