This sparkling wine from Vancouver Island, British Columbia is made from Pinot Gris in the Charmat method with a secondary fermentation adding carbonation in stainless steel tanks, like Prosecco. It's light, bright and fruity delivering bold citrus flavors with brisk acidity of lemon and a splash of grapefruit, finishing with hints of nectarine and orange zest. On the nose, it presents aromas of brioche and lemon cream with notes of yellow apple.
