Elsom Cellars Vermouth (Non-Vintage)

This Vermouth dessert wine is made from Viognier with the essence of more than a dozen herbs, spices, roots and flowers. On the nose, it presents intriguing aromas that allude to spiced poached pear and candied orange peel with hints of honey and ginger. On the palate, it delivers a rich mouthfeel with flavors of cardamom-spiced golden raisin sauce with a drop of honey. Try this with aged cheeses or accompaniment to a tree fruit dessert or simply as an apertif before a meal or digestif after a meal.
