Eleven Winery 2021 White Mourvedre

This Mourvedre is made as a white wine in "vin gris" style spending minimal maceration time on the skins. In color, it appears similar to a Provencal style rose with a warm, nearly pale copper appearance. It presents lightly spiced aromas of apple, pear and white peach with hints of floral honeysuckle. On the palate, it shows a nice richness in weight with flavors hinting at tropical fruits and apricot marmalade with a splash of honey and a lingering finish with notes of orange oil.
