Elevation Cellars 2016 Imperium Riesling

On the nose are fruity aromas of pear, apricot and cantaloupe that mix with notes of honeysuckle, citrus zest and a hint of ginger. On the palate it's bright and cleanly structured throughout the taste with abundant citrus notes and tropical fruits upfront, then flavors of tart apricot with a touch of honey showing on a focused finish. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
