Edgefield Winery 2017 Blanc de Noir

This sparkling Blanc de Noir of Pinot Noir is full of fine bubbles and releases light citrus aromas with notes of brioche. On the palate, it's bright and lingering with flavors of lemon, grapefruit and orange zest, finishing creamy with just a hint of minerality.
