This Wahluke Slope Carmenere shows off complex aromas with rich blackberry, sweet tobacco, chocolate-caramel, vanilla and a hint of green peppercorn. On the palate, fruit shows nice acidity with a delightfully rounded mouthfeel and flavors of plum and red cherry balanced with abundant peppery spice and structured tannins that lead to a dry, earthy finish with notes of graphite.
