Covert Farms 2020 Grand Reserve Syrah

Aromas of black fruit, baking spice, sweet tobacco and hint of smokey bacon fat. On the palate, it delivers textured earthy notes that wrap around flavors of bright black cherry and plum with iron-grill notes on the mid-palate leading to a finish hinting at graphite.
