Cooper Ridge Vineyards in Roseburg, Oregon is one of a handful of Northwest wineries to work with the classic Austrian grape, Gruner Veltliner. This offering presents aromas of peaches and cream, baked yellow apple and notes of lemon zest, citrus blossom and a concrete minerality. The palate offers flavors of peach and mango before an off-dry finish nicely balancing notes of honey and citrus oil. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
