Black fruit is nicely balanced by prominent earthy notes of graphite, before revealing a core acidity of tart cherry and plum skin that elevates on the finish with just a hint of finely ground espresso. Complex aromas draw you in with notes of jammy black fruit, green peppercorn, lavender, Allspice and smoky bacon fat.
