This Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a nicely balanced mix of fruit, savory notes and earth. Prominent savory aromas make a nice introduction alluding to fragrant dried herbs and green peppercorn that wrap around notes of dark fruit. On the palate, flavors of black plum mix with notes of cocoa powder that linger before leading to a finish hinting at earthy semi-sweet chocolate.
