Chris James Cellars 2018 Chardonnay

This is a light and zesty style Chardonnay with vibrant acids and just enough oak to add some texture. On the nose, aromas of lightly-toasted pie crust mix with herbal notes of fresh lemon balm. On the palate, flavors of Meyer lemon and a splash of lime are bold on the entry and build on the mid-palate, with flashy notes of tart fresh pineapple and a finish with a creamy rich mouthfeel and a hint of salinity.
