Chaberton Estate Winery 2020 Barrel Aged Chardonnay

This Okanagan Valley, British Columbia Chardonnay is oak aged to a tart but creamy balance. It delivers flavors of tropical fruit on the bright side of pineapple, mango and apricot with a splash of lime, minerals and a dried fruit character that lingers on the palate, building in intensity until gliding to a clean finish. On the nose, creamy notes allude to a mix of creme fraiche and lemon balm with hints of yellow apple and chalky minerality.
