Chaberton Estate Winery 2019 Cabernet Franc

This Okanagan Valley Cabernet Franc presents expressive herbal and spice aromas that mix with notes of jammy black fruit and sweet tobacco. On the palate, tart flavors of cherry are met by grippy tannins delivering a finish hinting at bittersweet chocolate with prominent notes of clay dust and a gravelly minerality. The one should age nicely for years.
