This light-bodied red wine, the grape of Beaujolais, would be a versatile wine paired with a wide range of foods from charcuterie to spicy dishes. Often served slightly chilled, this wine from British Columbia's Chaberton Estate offers fragrant floral aromas mixed with fresh notes of raspberry, baking spices and earthy herbal hints of oregano and hibiscus. On the palate, bright acids allude to tart red huckleberries that are balanced with notes of black tea.
