Chaberton Estate Winery 2017 Meritage

This Bordeaux-style red blend includes 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Cabernet Franc and 30% Merlot from British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. It delivers lively flavors of black cherry and plum skin upfront, with notes of cola on the mid-palate and a lengthy finish hinting at dark chocolate with a hint of graphite minerality. It presents rich aromas of dark fruit and spice with notes of black peppercorn, Allspice, cedar, pipe tobacco and roasted coffee.
