This Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon presents aromas of cedar, baking spice, pipe tobacco and dried herbs that mix with notes of rich black plum. On the palate, it delivers a silky mouthfeel of black cherry that captures ripe fruit with a nice pop of acidity extending the mid-palate before finely textured tannins carry a finish hinting at cocoa and clay dust.
