Cedergreen Cellars 2020 Cabernet Franc

This is a spicy and savory style Cabernet Franc with fruit enveloped in classic varietal herbal and peppery character. On the palate, savory notes of dried chili pepper mix with lightly textured notes of cocoa and espresso while fruit character alluding to a spiced sauce provides background character. Savory aromas are reminiscent of dried herbs, bell pepper and dried chili pepper that wrap around hints of red and black fruit.
