This white blend consists of 62% Viognier, 28% Roussanne and 10% Riesling. It delivers bright flavors of tropical fruit upfront, joined by a rocky minerality on the mid-palate and a finish adding a splash of rose water and spice. On the nose are light fruity aromas of peach and melon that mix with sweet floral notes of orange blossom and a hint of beeswax.
